plugin is a piece of software containing a group of functions that can be added to a website. They can extend functionality or add new features to your WordPress websites.   Plugins can do anything from add Facebook and G+ buttons to a page, to finding related posts for readers, to adding Google Analytics into all of your WP content. While WordPress offers a ton of features and flexibility, there is still a lot of functionality missing from the core software.  Plugins are used to enhance the functionality of a website. For security reasons, keep all plugin versions up-to-date, and make sure to keep your WP install itself updated, too. Themes provide the look and feel of the site with some form of functionality but advanced features are often where plugins come in. When you purchase hosting, you create a username and password for your account with the provider. Your username and password should be unique and extremely strong. You should also use 2 factor authentication with your hosting. Why is this important? Because no matter what Security Plugin you use, if an attacker can get to your server through you hosting account, they can cause havoc. Without thinking on security you can n’t launch a site on web because your all efforts without maintaining security your site will be vulnerable. So security is first concern obviously .  There are many security plugins but along with these there are many best WORDPRESS PLUGINS also. You have to prioritize what kind of security parameters suits best for your business or personal website and based on that you can choose the finest option. Free, open source software is tremendously beneficial to a wide variety of businesses and websites. Of course, free plugins create a more user-friendly, convenient, and efficient experience. What do you do when plugins attack? Hackers like open source software and CMS as much as businesses do. It is easy for them to gather data and visitor information via a plugin or add-on. But you can’t stop using plugins. They do add usability and customization that may be crucial to your site. It is important, though, to do your homework before you download a plugin. What should you look for?

Just remember to exercise caution and be selective about your plugins. Take the few minutes necessary to check up on a specific plugin or developer and always be vigilant about security.
